By Heidi Hartman on April 12, 2010 - 12:21pmClearlySo is dedicated to connecting social businesses with one another and investors around the globe and to providing practical tools, resources and contacts to help entrepreneurs succeed and grow their companies. On March 3rd, ClearlySo in the UK headed by Rod Schwartz, launched its first international partner (ClearlySo Canada) at the Centre for Social Innovation in Toronto and is quickly adding new members from across the country. Go to http://www.clearlyso.ca/businesses-directory-list.jsf to see a list of members and learn more about how you too can be part of this exciting initiative.
Julie McDowell, founder of ClearlySo Canada wants to connect with social entrepreneurs from across the country to determine how ClearlySo can add value to your work through on-line activities, events, and its global network of businesses and investors. “Our aim is to play an important role in unleashing the power of social entrepreneurship to create a better world. It’s an exciting time filled with both opportunities and challenges and I hope Renewal's network of businesses will welcome our calls and e-mails and play an active role in the ClearlySo global community,” says McDowell. You can reach Julie or her colleague Angela Loknath at julie.mcdowell@clearlyso.ca or angela.loknath@clearlyso.ca.
