p+a furniture store opening
Saturday May 9, 10-5
159 West Hastings Street (at Cambie Street)
Vancouver, Canada
From the interior design of the store and studio, to the industrial design of lines for the p+a furniture
label, to graphic design and branding, to the carefully-selected
essentials for home, work and play – every aspect has been considered
for its contribution to creating a unique experience for our customers
and clients.
The Penner & Associates
team is applying years of experience in design across many disciplines
to create environments – both physical and virtual – that will
encourage innovation and informed choices.
"p+a furniture embodies our commitment to sustainability," says Shelley Penner, Director of Practice for Penner & Associates.
"The inspiration for p+a stems from the principles of a simple and
clean aesthetic, functionality and the idea of buying for a lifetime."
p+a will also feature companions and simple pleasures, each with its own sustainability story:
– organic bed and bath linens
– alpaca wool duvets and pillows
– wool area rugs and broadloom
– wool throws and toss cushions
– recycled glass dinnerware
– natural table linens
– organic body care
– jewelry with recycled and salvaged materials
– organic fair trade chocolate
The p+a website, also launching in May, will offer the ability to shop online.
