People come together in circle when they really want to listen to and speak with one another. For over 20 years, global authors, Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea have defined the essential elements that make circle process strong enough to hold the needed conversations for these times. The foundation for many collaborative and dialogue practices, circle has provided the social infrastructure for community building for thousands of years. The Circle Way distills this lineage for modern applications. Participants will gain skills to host circle meetings in community, organizational and personal settings.

Learn how to:

• Set clear intention, frame agreements

• Set space for changed process and renewed outcome

• Apply aspects of circle process to enhance meetings

• Practice in small circles with real questions and issues

Christina Baldwin & Ann Linnea have traveled the world and led thousands of people in conversations to healing, resolution, and action. These two authors/educators, are the founders of PeerSpirit Circle methodology, now in its the 2nd decade. Starting in the early 1990's, their work and research led to the concepts presented in Baldwin’s ground-breaking book, Calling the Circle: the First and Future Culture. This book is required reading and may be ordered through peerspirit.com
