The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret is an ever-evolving collection of community organizers, performers, dancers, storytellers, painters, digital media artists, puppeteers and musicians with a commitment to culture, celebration and vibrant communities.  They present magical, multi-disciplinary productions that captivate the imaginations and hearts of audiences – including the two sold out runs of The Valley of Ashes in Nov 2007 and May 2008.  They are pleased to announce that they have currently partnered up with Pivot Legal Society (www.pivotlegal.org) to implement a collaborative project, dreaming and staging a movement in performance work that will inspire thoughts and hearts to beat for justice. "The upcoming project is a tale of reclaiming our world and our own voices in the face of oppression."  The show is running Friday, February 20 and Saturday, February 28, 2009.
