Renewal2 is a social investment fund dedicated to delivering financial returns by investing in leading environmental and social mission businesses in Canada and the U.S.  The company is seeking an Administrative Associate to join our Vancouver, B.C. team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Office Management – answering telephones, greeting guests, managing ingoing / outgoing mail and postage machine, ordering couriers and FedEx, ordering office supplies, troubleshooting office technology and other duties as necessary.
• Property Management – coordinating with the property managers to report repairs and issues, managing office staff fobs and office alarm.
• Database Management – data entry and Salesforce CRM database management.
• Executive Assistance – coordinating meeting and travel bookings for Renewal2 management.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in an Office Management and / or Executive Assistant role.
• Strong commitment to social and environmental change through business and innovation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
• Impeccable organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skill set.
• Professional and polished demeanour.
• Positive attitude and works well with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working with a Salesforce CRM would be an asset. 

Location & Hours:

• Part-Time position ranging 20-30 hours per week.
• Position is based in our Gastown offices in downtown Vancouver.
• Hours are flexible but must be during office hours (9am-5pm) 4 to 5 days per week

Compensation:

• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
