Concerned about old growth forest and endangered species in BC? How about climate change, highway expansion, river privatization and tar sands? Engage your passion through grassroots education on our campaign issues as well as our membership and fundraising drive.

The Wilderness Committee is currently accepting applications for our door-to-door Environmental Canvasser position. Full time hours in Vancouver are Monday to Thursday from 4:00 to 10:00 pm, with a minimum commitment of 2 days a week. In Victoria, we run a canvass from Monday through Friday. Canvassing pays dividends and helps everyone's future.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Wilderness Committee's mandate and campaigns
• Concern for wilderness and wildlife preservation
• Outgoing, positive, dedicated

We are also seeking canvass applicants who have a valid drivers license to fulfill field manager duties while canvassing.
