We’re on the lookout for people who get it.  You are a proactive person with an enthusiastic spirit, that brings out the best in everyone you work with. Someone who shares our caffeinated social vision and is eager to be at the forefront of our innovative and mission-driven company.

Ideally, you graduated from communications, a marketing program, or have a fine arts degree, and have experience in consumer package goods and/or a strong knowledge of coffee. You love creating compelling memorable content and telling stories, and know the best way to socialize it and make it stick. You’ll also know how to grow and improve on-lines sales and social platforms. You need to feel at home setting strategy as well as plenty of flexing of your Community Management and Content generation muscles.

We are a company with rich history and a pioneering spirit. You will work with our team to unearth story lines and publish them. You’ll be responsible for managing all of our on-line activity: creating and executing campaigns and promotions, monitoring, trend spotting, and reporting results as well as fostering, engaging and building communities.

Specifics of what we’re looking for:

• Excellent writer (examples of editorial, business and marketing writing).

• Social Media fluency through both Community Management experience and your personal social media activity.

• Strong knowledge of Wordpress content management, and experience with on-line publishing and e-sales.

• Experience creating multimedia content that has been published on-line, and in print.

• Experience in consumer package goods and/or strong knowledge of coffee.

• A foodie, with a passion for/ knowledge of specialty foods.

• High attention to detail.

• Excellent ability to problem solve.

• Team player.

• Thrives under pressure - a great time manager.
