Fairware is Growing & Looking for a Fabulous Customer Service Representative.

The full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide support in the day-to-day tasks of providing promotional products to Fairware’s clients. The CSR supports the Production Manager and Sales Team to ensure sales are executed effectively and efficiently for both clients and suppliers. The CSR will work closely with the Fairware team to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved.
General Duties:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the production and sales process including:
- Assisting with processing orders, i.e. preparing purchase orders, coordinating artwork approvals, deliveries and invoicing.
- Monitoring and assisting with online stores order processing.
- Dealing professionally with clients, suppliers and vendors to ensure order fulfilment.
- Carrying out general office administration including answering phones, sending samples, filing etc.
- Participating in daily and weekly meetings.
- Assisting with special projects when needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
- You are self-confident, very organized and team oriented.
- You have sales and/or customer service experience.
- You can work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with deadlines.
- You are a master of multi-tasking.
- You have great interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone.
- You also have excellent oral and written communication and a good command of the English language.
- Knowledge and interest in social responsibility; environmental sustainability and sustainable products is an absolute asset.
- Comfortable working in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Photoshop, Illustrator an asset.
