Public Outreach is Canada’s finest provider of face-to-face fundraising services specializing in monthly giving, working on behalf of some of the world’s most respected social and environmental non-profits.
The selected consultant will assist a data analysis team at Public Outreach’s Toronto office to conduct an analysis of a client fundraising database. The database will consist of donor records including name, address, phone, donation history and other relevant information which will be exported from Raiser’s Edge. The consultant will advise the team on relevant aspect of the analysis methods, approach and key questions and be responsible for manipulating the data and producing a report based on the parameters established by the team. The consultant may also be requested to assist Public Outreach’s clients to export the required data in a proper format from their Raiser’s Edge database. The consultant may be requested to assist Public Outreach’s clients in their Toronto offices.
Interested candidates are requested to submit a curriculum vitae and covering letter specifying relevant qualifications and an hourly rate. Experience in individual fundraising, technical consultation, data analysis and managing donor databases, specifically in Raiser’s Edge are essential. The successful candidate will have experience in importing and exporting data file from Raiser’s Edge. Experience and knowledge of Donor Perfect, Minerva and SQL Query building is also preferred. Ability to work in a team, follow-up promptly and accurately on assigned tasks, and communicate clearly is important. Ability to communicate in English and French is also a consideration.
