eduFire.com, a fast-growing and venture-backed company based in San Francisco, is looking for an experienced and metrics-focused individual to help spearhead a new subscription revenue product that we will be launching soon. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of analytics and customer acquisition tools (e.g., Google Adwords, Analytics and Website Optimizer, CrazyEgg, etc.) and solid knowledge about how these tools integrate.

The position will consist of working to acquire customers cost-efficiently, analyzing and optimizing the conversion funnel and effectively retaining existing subscribers.  The ideal candidate will be well-versed in A/B and multivariate testing, proficient in writing effective copy and passionate about analyzing large data sets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor (you'll be employee #4) with a team that includes an accomplished entrepreneur (2 exits to publicly-traded companies), a seasoned team of engineers and designers and a group of well-respected investors and advisors.

Our preference is someone available full-time and located in the Bay Area (or willing to relocate). However, we will consider someone for remote work if the fit is right. We are looking for someone who can start working within the next 30 days but are willing to consider a part-time consulting arrangement as a possible transition to a full-time position.
