As meditation is our primary means of accomplishing this, the foundation offers training in this discipline through retreats in Crestone, Colorado and outreach events across North America. Working with the transformative practices of the Meditating with the Body® curriculum—and enhanced by an unfolding of Tibetan Buddhism’s three-yana journey— the trainings offered by The Dharma Ocean Foundation seek to reveal the depth and fullness of human life.
Reginald A. Ray, the foundation’s Spiritual Director, has been a long-time teacher at Naropa University. He brings with him
four decades of study and intensive meditation practice within the Tibetan
tradition as well as a special gift for applying it to the unique problems,
inspirations, and spiritual imperatives of modern people. He is the author of
numerous books and audio programs, including Touching Enlightenment and Indestructible
Truth.
