Agentic Communications is a progressive web development agency that works with non-profits in both Canada and the US to develop sophisticated Drupal websites to engage and motivate people to advocacy. We're a small boutique agency located in Vancouver BC Canada. We’re looking to fill the key position of Project Manager. This position is the cornerstone of our successful methodology and a big part of building the company for the future.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                             Project management of all Agentic website and other projects.
Coordinating the efforts of everybody involved: clients, contractors, ISPs, plus pulling together and supervising the Web team: designers, testers and other technical staff.
Liaison with clients to manage expectations. Ensure that other staff follow project management processes.
Attend client meetings, as required, to represent Agentic.
Assist with the preparation of project reports, both qualitative and financial.
Assist with supporting staff as required, including travel planning, mailing, and other duties as required.
Other duties as required.

Requirements
The position will require an individual with the following knowledge, skills and personal characteristics:              Facility with, and no fear of, technology;
Post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience with a focus on administration;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Experience in human resource and financial management;
Sound understanding of Microsoft Office and Desktop publishing is essential.                   

This is an employee full-time position.  Depending on skill level and experience, relocation assistance could be part of the total compensation package.
