Responsibilities

• Add leadership depth within the organization to foster innovation, manage ongoing change, and shape
• Mentor an integrated team of dedicated professional staff
• Build external relationships, partnerships, products, and services to increase our impact in social and environmental work
• Provide leadership in pulling together cross sector collaborations that make real progress possible on society's most urgent issues

Experience could be based in a range of sectors - grant-making foundations or the not-for-profit community, or business or government matched with significant community volunteer leadership. The key here is to align your relevant experience with the mission and values of Tides Canada to help take a successful and visionary organization to new levels.
